CMAR for Old Vail Reservoir Improvements

The intent of this request for qualifications is to solicit qualifications for contractors interested in providing design phase assistance and complete construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the facility improvements. The design engineer (Engineer) for this project is Westland Resources/Stantec. This facility improvement will include: a potable water storage reservoir, booster pump station, all associated piping, valves and appurtenances and all associated electrical and control equipment. The estimated construction cost is approximately $11,500,000.
