Description
The City seeks professional engineering services from a qualified and experienced Consultant to provide design, bidding, and construction support services for site improvements to its various reservoirs and pump stations. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: review of record drawings of each site and related facilities; obtaining input and feedback from the water distributions system operations staff; modifications to pump station surge tank operations; site drainage improvements; addition/repair/replacement of facilities canopies, enclosures, and buildings; addition of emergency generators; electrical improvements; and preparation of construction ready set of plans and specifications for proposed improvements at each of the Reservoirs and Pump Station sites identified under Section 4, and engineering support services during the bid process and construction phase of the project.
