(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Tallahassee, FL.• Open and Private Office Area:– Gather all waste and place in containers for disposal. Replace plastic can liners as necessary, at a minimum of once per day.– Sweep or dust mop floors with a microfiber dust mop or vacuum using a hard floor setting to remove loose debris. Damp mop using a clean microfiber mop head and a pH–neutral vinyl floor cleaner designed for luxury vinyl plank flooring mixed according to manufacturer instructions, using fresh cleaning solution daily.• Lobby Area:– Periodic heavy–duty grout and tile deep cleaning shall be performed using a professional–grade tile and grout cleaner capable of removing grease, soap residue, oils, mildew staining, algae and synthetic or acrylic wax buildup from the grout joints.• Restrooms and kitchen:– Clean and sanitize all fixtures, washbasins, dispensers, and chrome fittings.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on June 16, 2026.
