BILLING-3126 - USA (Merced, California) - Bulk Fuels, Lubricants, Diesel Exhaust Fluid Delivery, and Fuel Card Program Service - Deadline July 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide bulk fuels, lubricants, diesel exhaust fluid delivery, and fuel card program service to the government authority located in Merced, CA.        – Provide fuel through the fuel card program as a backup fueling method in the event of a malfunction of the on–site fuel tanks.– The system shall capture fuel and vehicle usage data, including fuel type and quantity, transaction cost, transaction date and time, location and vehicle odometer reading.– The system shall allow fuel and vehicle data to be exported in a Microsoft Excel format or another format approved.– The bulk fuels, lubricants, and diesel exhaust fluid delivery services, the fuel card program.– Provide monitoring, configurable reporting, and real–time oversight of fuel service.– Provide 24–hour, 365–day–per–year access to fuel for transit vehicles.– Fuel management system and software.– Provide ten (10) fuel cards at no charge.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
