FUELS-0101 - USA (Colorado) - Fuel Tank Cleaning and Fuel Polishing Service - Deadline July 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fuel tank cleaning and fuel polishing service to the government authority located in Colorado. – Remove all accessible water, debris, and diesel byproducts (sludge) from the tanks via filter/bag process, returning the cleaned fuel to the tank.A. The vendor must dispose of removed contaminants in compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Provide agency with documentation of same.– If biological growth is observed in the test kit, treat with the appropriate biocide.– Upon completion of the tank cleaning & ‘fuel polishing’, retain a sample for our submission to the Fuel Quality Laboratory of the Division of Oil &Public Safety for analysis. Sampling jars to be provided by agency– Provide agency with a report of findings on a tank–by–tank basis(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
