The City of Syracuse and the Syracuse City School District, acting through the Joint Schools Construction Board, invite you to submit a proposal to provide Construction Management Services for Phase 3A of the Syracuse Cooperative School Reconstruction Act. JSCB Phase 3A includes projects at the following schools: Webster Elementary School, Seymour Dual Language Academy and Nottingham High School.
