The City of Syracuse and the Syracuse City School District, acting through the Joit Schools Construction Board, invite you to submit a proposal to provide Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Services for JSCB Phase 3-A of the Syracuse Schools Cooperative School Reconstruction Act. JSCB Phase 3-A includes projects at the following schools: Webster Elementary School Seymour Dual Language Academy Nottingham High School The Joint Schools Construction Board is considering consultants to provide architectural and engineering services for Phase 3-A, so your proposal can be for up to three (3) of the three (3) contracts.
