The project is intended to be completed in one (1) phase only:</p><p><strong>Phase I:</strong> <strong>CCADF Phase 3 Kitchen Relocation </strong></p><p>This project will include the demolition and renovation of approximately 14,200 sq. ft. of the old level 0 book in area into a new kitchen that will serve all current jail population.</p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Owner&rsquo;s Total Project Budget: The Owner has established an Estimated Total Project Budget amount as identified below, which includes Design Fee Services, FF&amp;E, the Pre-Construction Phase Services, Construction Services, Contingencies, and Owner Construction Allowance.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Phase I: CMAR - CCADF Phase 3 Kitchen Relocation - Total Project Budget: <a style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">$11,559,000.00. </a></strong></span></p><p>The opinion of probable construction cost for this contract is $9,200,000.00</p>",
