(1) Vendor needs to provide holiday decor design, installation, maintenance, removal, and storage services to the government authority located in Kansas City, MO. – Theme development, renderings, and integration with airport branding.– Décor supply and fabrication:– Proposals may include artificial trees, decorated displays, wreaths, garlands, and themed décor elements using flame–retardant commercial–grade materials.– It is understood that the first year of the contract will include procurement of the decorations.– Installation Services:– Delivery, installation during approved work hours along with any needed electrical coordination.– Maintenance and monitoring:– Routine inspections and emergency repair response.– Removal and storage:– Post–season removal, packing, inventory tracking, and storage (include a pricing option if stores the decorations).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
