(1) Vendor needs to provide fireworks display services.– Providing fireworks displays for the city’s annual fourth of July celebration and a new year’s celebration.– Display will begin at 9:00 PM for July 4th and 7:00 pm for new year’s show.– Fireworks will be fired from a barge, offshore of the beach in the city.– Responsible for coordinating and communicating to the barge company to coordinate the set–up, show, and clean–up.– Fireworks displays for July 4th and new year’s shows are expected to last 20–25 minutes for the base show and approximately 25 to 30 minutes for the enhanced show, from beginning to end.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 21, 2026.
