(1) Vendor needs to provide parking access revenue control replacement system. – Provide for a replacement Parking Access Revenue Control System (PARCS) system that uses barcode technology, or other suggested means or technology, to minimize system failures and overall maintenance costs. – Able to support advanced features such as loyalty card programs, variable long term or short–term rates, Google or Apple Pay, pay–by–app, prepaid credit cards in or out, and other secure contactless methods.– Responsible for installing loops and sensors at entry and exits to operate with its equipment.– Ability to communicate to the centralized management computer.– Flexibility to allow the airport to operate parking 24/7 with no cashiers if desired. Existing cashier booth should be equipped to allow it to service both as a conventional cashier booth and as a self– service credit card only lane.– Managed and operated from networked and remote locations. The server, if proposed, will be located in a communication server rack to be determined by the best solution offered.– System must be able to process all major credit cards (MC, Visa, Discover and AMEX).(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 21, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
