Description

The City of Norfolk (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to replace the City’s existing Parking Access and Revenue Control System (“PARCS”), to include installation, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of a fully functional, turn-key, scalable seamlessly integrated PARCS in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this RFP. The Contractor shall provide implementation services associated with hardware, software and event management including, but not limited to, installation, configuration, testing, training, activation and cutover support for a Payment Data Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and Payment Application DSS (PA DSS) compliant PARCS at all specified locations.
