Design-Build for Parking Access Revenue Control System Replacement

The County of Orange (“County”) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified firms (“Respondents”) to provide design and construction services for Project Title . Statements of Qualifications are due before Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Respondents selected from this SOQ will be invited to participate in the next step of this solicitation process, the Request for Proposals (“RFP”). All questions regarding this Request for Qualification ("RFQ") must be submitted via the County's OpenGov Procurement portal and received no later than the due date for questions indicated in the Time Schedule. Questions received after the due date or submitted in any manner other than through the County's OpenGov Procurement portal will not be considered. Responses to submitted questions will be provided by the County to all accounts following this project on OpenGov, and the responses may accompany a formal addendum to this RFQ. Verbal clarifications or responses will not be considered binding. The Time Schedule is subject to change and any changes to the schedule for this RFQ and the follow-on RFP process will be issued to all Respondents via addenda.
