(1) Vendor needs to provide managed print services for multifunctional printer, network printer, desktop printer, multifunctional device to the government authority located in MD. – Desktop printers (monochrome and color):– Must use laser technology, offer fast print speeds, and handle high monthly volumes.– Support for a variety of paper sizes and types, including envelopes and custom media.– Network–ready with both wired (Gigabit Ethernet) and wireless (Wi–Fi) connectivity, and remote management via embedded web servers.– Multi–Function Printers (MFPs) and Devices (MFDs):– Combine printing, copying, scanning, and faxing in one device, with high–speed and high–volume capabilities.– Advanced scanning features, including high resolution, color depth, and support for scanning to cloud services.– Enhanced finishing options (stapling, hole punching, sorting) and programmable workflows.– Network printers (monochrome and color):– Designed for high–volume, enterprise environments with fast processors, large memory, and high input/output capacities.– Fleet Management or Managed Print Services:– Centralized, on–premises management tools for remote configuration, monitoring, and reporting of large device fleets.– Automated device discovery, firmware updates, and security policy enforcement.
