Air Traffic Control Tower - Standalone/Backup Weather Equipment

The City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida is soliciting Invitation to Bid 'Project ID , 'Project Title to select a qualified Contractor to perform the aforementioned project. This project is bid, and will be contracted, as a design/build project. The Contractor shall be a Communications Equipment Installer registered and insured to conduct business in the State of Florida. The Contractor shall include a licensed Florida Professional Engineer, with the appropriate experience installing Standby/Backup Weather Equipment. The Contractor is encouraged to verify all existing conditions by making a site evaluation during the pre-bid meeting as scheduled herein. Generally, the project consists of providing and installing the materials and providing the labor necessary to satisfy the requirements for installing Standalone/Backup Weather Equipment in the Level I, Low Activity Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at the New Smyrna Beach Municipal Airport (EVB), New Smyrna Beach, Florida. All equipment installations and incidentals shall be provided in accordance with the current local and national codes and standards, as applicable. Qualified personnel shall perform the installations and shall also be in attendance for all punch list and final inspections.
