(1) Vendor needs to provide event management services. – Provide turnkey outdoor movie event management services for the city's ParkFest program.– Produce outdoor movie events at various park locations throughout the city.– Provide free, family–friendly entertainment opportunities that promote community engagement and enhance quality of life for residents.– Movie Licensing:• Secure and provide all required public performance licensing rights for selected films.• Coordinate with the city regarding movie title availability and licensing requirements.– Audio and Visual Production:• Provide a professional outdoor movie screen suitable for public viewing.• Provide projection equipment capable of delivering a clear, high–quality image in an outdoor environment.– Event Operations:• Transport all equipment to and from event sites.• Provide complete event setup, testing, operation, and teardown services.• Ensure all equipment is operational prior to event start times.– Entertainment and Guest Experience:• Provide family–friendly pre–show music and entertainment.• Provide emcee or event host services.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
