CONS-21757 - USA (Arlington, Texas) - Construction Manager-At-Risk Services - Deadline July 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager–at–risk services to the government authority located in Arlington, TX. – The project will transform the library into an iconic green space dedicated to the campus community, enriching the park–like setting that defines the agency campus.  – The project will tie into the renovated Cooper Street Pedestrian Bridge and enhance the flow of pedestrian traffic through campus. – The project may consist of a water feature to reduce traffic noise and/or reflecting pool with mass planting areas and tree canopy through the space to create shade and outdoor rooms, framing a welcoming lawn area for gatherings and student engagement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.
