REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - RECYCLABLE MATERIALS PROCESSING AND MARKETING SERVICES

The City of Santa Monica, (“the City”) invites proposals from permitted and experienced contractors to provide processing and marketing of recyclable materials collected from the City’s residential and commercial curbside collection program. This Request for Proposal seeks to identify organizations that strive to not just meet, but to exceed, recycling industry standards through their state-of-the-art equipment, sorting processes, corporate culture, and educational practices.
