Pre-Procurement Release Market Sounding Event for Recovered Materials Processing Facility Services ("RMPF Services")

Orange County, Florida announces a Pre-Solicitation Market Sounding Event to provide project updates and obtain additional industry feedback on its plans for an RFP for long-term single-stream recyclables processing. The event is designed to further the County’s goal of achieving a long-term contract arrangement for processing recyclable materials. The Market Sounding Event will include updates on the County’s recycling program, identification of key procurement features and issues, and draft timelines for issuing the planned RFP. The County requests industry feedback concerning the County’s plans, especially any issues that may inform the development of the eventual solicitation package.
