Counseling, Assessment, Treatment, & Mentoring for Youth in the Juvenile Justice System: Mental Health

The Washington County Juvenile Department is seeking service providers to deliver community-based behavioral health counseling, substance use counseling, treatment for sexual offending, mentoring and advocacy services and to conduct psychological assessments for youth involved with the Juvenile Justice system. The Juvenile Services Department is responsible for responding to all law enforcement referrals for youth and handles cases on both a formal and informal basis. Referrals to clinical or other services can be for either court involved youth or youth with informal cases with the Juvenile Services Department. Generally, referrals will come from Juvenile Counselors who are supporting case management with youth and families. We will be developing a panel of providers from this solicitation who will deliver these services across Washington County. This funding will be available to support families when insurance coverage ends and to support services not covered by insurance. This portal is for providers interested in submitting a proposl for Mental Health services.
