CONS-22537 - USA (Lee’s Summit, Missouri) - Building Demolition Services - Deadline August 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide building demolition services to the government authority located in Lee’s Summit, MO.– All demolition materials including but not limited to building debris, concrete, masonry, asphalt and parking lot debris shall be hauled off site to a legal landfill or reclaim facility.– Demolition includes removal of the existing structures, bolted–down equipment, footings, floor slabs and parking lot.– Demolition includes all metal storage racks on the warehouse floor.– Demolition includes indoor freezer and indoor cooler.– Demolition includes the underground fire suppression system infrastructure.– Demolition includes the exterior 86,000–gallon underground steel water tank on the north side of the warehouse.– The resulting voids caused by the removal of the concrete slab and foundation walls must be filled with suitable soil that is properly compacted.– Demolition includes the fire pump house on the northwest side of the warehouse.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2026.
