(1) Vendor needs to provide overdose to action clinician and health system engagement service to the government authority located in New Hampshire. • Provide statewide academic detailing and operational support to healthcare organizations to reduce prescription drug–related harms, including opioid misuse.• Academic detailing sessions include evidence–based educational materials, assessment of a provider’s current knowledge, actionable messages that support adoption of best practices, monitoring, and evaluation of academic detailing outreach and outcomes.• Operational support includes direct, practical assistance that assists providers with integrating evidence based practices into daily workflows.• Services promote safe pain management, strengthen patient linkage to care and treatment, and include the development and delivery of resources and academic detailing for providers.• Harm reduction practices, including strategies to engage clients who use prescription drugs in reducing prescription–drug–related harms and dependence.
