The City of Surprise invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for roadway improvements to Cactus Road (BNSF crossing to Litchfield Rd), Surprise, Arizona. The Cactus Road improvements will include Roadway Design, Curb, Gutter and Sidewalks, three 12-foot travel lanes in each direction, Two-way left turn lane/raised median and bike lanes, drainage, streetlights, traffic signals and conduits, irrigation relocation, dry utilities, landscaping, Right-of-Way, and BNSF coordination.
