Description
The City of Surprise intends to procure a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to construct the improvements for Cactus Road - Beardsley Canal to North 175th Avenue. This project will be constructed pursuant to A.R.S. 34-601 et seq. This budget is inclusive of ALL project costs including design, construction, permit fees, impact fees, information technology, security etc. The City has awarded WSP USA, Inc. under a separate contract to complete the preliminary design services. This project is currently in design. Under Attachment Tab #11, found under Project Documents, you can view the 30% Roll Plot.
