Police Officer Cardiovascular Testing

Request for Bids for Cardiac and Advanced Metabolic Testing (AMT) medical screening tailored for law-enforcement officers. The testing should include: a cardiopulmonary/EKG exercise stress test, a Carotid Intima-Media Thickness (CIMT) test, an Advanced lipid panel test that assesses the early stages of coronary disease, and inflammatory markers (PLA2). The test should also identify any ischemia or lack of blood flow to the heart muscle and offer dietary and exercise recommendations during the physician consultation. The testing targets to combat the risk of heart attack and stroke in Law enforcement officers by providing a health screening tailored to test risk factors, genetics, and occupational stressors characteristic of law enforcement.
