Police and Fire Testing Services

The City of Edinburg is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive testing services for its Police and Fire Departments. Entry level exam services will include the development, administration, and scoring of examinations for police officers and firefighters, as well as providing study guides to support candidate preparation. Promotional exam services will include the development, administration, and scoring of examinations for both departments. All exams will be made in accordance with applicable civil service regulations and professional testing standards. The City is seeking a vendor with proven experience in public safety testing who can ensure a fair, valid, and legally defensible process that supports the City’s commitment to hiring and promoting the most qualified candidates.
