Data Center Equipment Maintenance

The County of Volusia operates various types of computer equipment and associated peripherals and data communications facilities on a 24-hour a day, 7-day a week basis. The County's Information Technology office is located at 119 W. Indiana Avenue in DeLand, Florida, 32720. The building houses the County's Information Technology primary data center and staff. A secondary data center is located at 49 Keyton Drive, Daytona Beach, Florida, 32124. There are also other locations within the County that house server equipment, to be covered by awarded Contractor. The County’s goal is to maintain computer system availability for the County’s user community upon demand without disruption. The County is seeking extended warranty coverage of Computer equipment that is no longer under factory warranty. List of equipment included is in Section 6 - Pricing Proposal.
