Sole Source: Data Center UPS Mainteance and Support

This project is to award the repair and maintenance of several Data Center Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems currently in production. The scope of work includes a yearly maintenance plan that provides preventive maintenance, annual system checkups, and coverage for unexpected errors and equipment breakdowns to ensure continuous and reliable operation. Eaton Corporation, as the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the UPS systems, is the only entity authorized to provide factory-supported, factory-trained, and factory-certified service using proprietary Eaton software, tools, documentation, and OEM replacement parts. No third-party vendors are authorized to perform these services in the United States. This sole source procurement ensures manufacturer-compliant support, system reliability, safety, and uninterrupted operation of critical data center infrastructure.
