General work description: a. The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, Orlando International Airport, Orlando, Florida, (Aviation Authority) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified Bidders to provide all labor, supervision, parts and components, tools, equipment, and consumables and all other items necessary or proper for, or incidental to, performing Data Center HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repairs, at the Orlando International Airport (“OIA”). The awarded Contractor (Bidder) must be licensed to do business in the State of Florida and perform under the laws of the State of Florida. b. This Bid includes a Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) participation requirement. The Participation Goal for this Contract will be 15% for MWBEs.
