EXTRA-72804 - USA (Longview, Washington) - Employee Offboarding Framework Assessment Service - Deadline August 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide employee offboarding framework assessment service to the government authority located in Longview, WA.– This project will focus on enhancing and standardizing government termination and deactivation processes across systems, financial access an dauthorization, physical security, and asset management.  – The engagement will leverage the existing IT ticketing system (e.g., Samanage) for automated ticketing workflows, audit traceability, and end–to–end process visibility.– Leveraging internally developed assessment, evaluating the existing processes for:– HR notification procedures– IT and telephony deprovisioning– Revocation of financial access and authorization, credit cards, WEX, and LOCs(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
