Description

The County of Orange (County) Health Care Agency (HCA) is seeking proposals from general acute care hospitals to provide Hospital Services for Correctional Health Services (CHS). The primary goal of this program is to provide basic and emergency healthcare services to all inmates incarcerated in Orange County Jails and youths detained in Orange County Probation Detention Facilities, as mandated under CCR Title 15, Article II. Inpatient Services shall be provided to adults over age 18, and to juveniles ages 13 to 18, who reside in the County’s detention facilities.
