(1) Vendor needs to provide theatre fire escape repair service to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI.  – Work includes repair and restoration of existing multi–wythe masonry walls within the fire escapetowers, including tuckpointing, brick and mortar replacement, installation of repair mortar in wall voids, crack repairs and other masonry rehabilitation of both load–bearing and non–load–bearing wallassemblies as required.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 9, 2026(3) This is a brief information; Main RFP Document is not available on our website.
