Description
The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District (hereinafter referred to as Metro Fire or the District) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (Contractor) to provide 9-1-1 Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance services as a supplemental service to Metro Fire’s current ambulance and Emergency Medical Services (EMS). The awarded Contractor, shall provide the requested services in accordance with the requirements specified in this RFP. All ambulance services described in this RFP document refer only to ground ambulance services. The District does not guarantee that the Contractor will be assigned any particular number of dispatch requests. Prior to submitting a proposal, Contractors are advised to carefully read this RFP in its entirety.
