Revenue Management Digital Innovation

The Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) is seeking a qualified firm to support the Revenue Management (RevM) Division’s digital innovation initiative. This initiative is focused on implementing and enhancing technology-driven solutions that improve the passenger experience, increase revenue opportunities, and strengthen data-driven decision-making related to airport revenue generation. The selected firm will partner with RevM to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative digital tools and strategies that support these objectives. The selected firm will work collaboratively with the RevM Division to assess emerging technologies, pilot new solutions, and support the implementation of digital systems and platforms that align with the Ontario International Airport’s (ONT) revenue and innovation goals. Responsibilities may include supporting digital asset management, integrating revenue data and analytics tools, and assisting with the planning and execution of technology-driven initiatives that enhance customer engagement and operational insight. Through this partnership, the selected firm will help RevM advance its digital capabilities while supporting long-term strategies to optimize revenue performance and improve the overall passenger experience.
