Description
The City of Milpitas (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified proposers (“Proposer”) in response to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to perform digital billboard design, construction, management, advertising sales, programming and maintenance services on City-owned property (approximately 1,100 square feet in area) located at the northern terminus of Barber Court. The purpose and intent of this RFP is to solicit proposals from experienced Proposers for the design, construction, management, advertising sales, programming and maintenance of a digital billboard. The City expects the proposed billboard will be a new and state of-the-art, double-sided digital billboard.
