Strategic Partnerships and Revenue Innovation Services

The Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA), through its Revenue Management (RevM) Division, is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Strategic Partnerships and Revenue Innovation Services. This engagement will support the continued growth and optimization of OIAA’s non-aeronautical revenue and partnership portfolio. Revenue Management currently oversees more than $2.5+ million in annual advertising and sponsorship revenue and manages over $1.5+ million in active partnership value each year under its non-aeronautical revenue program. OIAA is seeking a strategic, advisory-focused partner to help expand this portfolio through the development of high-value partnerships, innovative revenue opportunities, and disciplined stewardship practices that increase awareness and engagement across ONT’s catchment area. The selected consultant will collaborate with OIAA to strengthen the partnership pipeline, enhance the performance of existing agreements, and introduce new revenue concepts that leverage the airport’s physical, digital, and experiential assets to drive measurable results and long-term value within ONT’s catchment area.
