Civic Campus Phase 2 - Building Envelope & Waterproofing Testing and Inspection Services RFP

Article I - The City of South San Francisco (“CITY”) is soliciting Cost Proposals from qualified Consulting Firms (“FIRM”) to provide Consulting services necessary for building envelope and waterproofing testing and inspection services for the Library, Parks & Recreation and Community Theater/Council Chamber (LPR) project. The proposed firm(s) must be licensed and have a permanent and established office in California with a registered California professional empowered to sign agreements on behalf of the Firm. The intent of CSSF RFP # 2652 for Building Envelope and Waterproofing Testing and Inspection services is to establish top ranked engineering/consultant firms and award a contract to perform the duties listed in the Scope of Services. The RFP evaluations and selection of the candidate firm that best meet the requirements of the City is expected to be complete by the July 2021 City Council meeting. This RFP selection process may include a screening review and evaluation of proposals, and an interview by the Construction Management team. Firms responding to this RFP must be clear in their response and offer of services. In addition, the response must specify the firm’s resource commitment, the key personnel who will be working on this project and management approach to assuring continuity of services for the project until the project is completed and implemented by the City.
