Consultant Services for On-Call Construction Engineering and Inspection Services: Phase 2

Request for Qualifications The City of Brentwood is seeking submittals of qualifications for 'Project Description . The Request for Qualification documents are available through the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement , or may be obtained at the Brentwood City Hall at 5211 Maryland Way, Brentwood, Tennessee, 37027, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Documents must be submitted in the format specified in the Request for Qualification. All submittals will be due on 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time local time. Questions concerning the Request for Qualifications shall be submitted through OpenGov. Phase 1 Evaluation Firms shall submit an LOI with firm contact information including name, address, and email of primary contact. The LOI shall also include the following: Work experience in the required disciplines with the City and/or other related clients. Specialized expertise in the areas of geotechnical engineering and retaining wall construction. Relevant licensures and certifications. Staff capabilities of prime consultant. TDOT unlimited prequalification status. Following the LOI and statement of qualifications, the City of Brentwood intends to select up to six firms to send proposals. The consultant evaluation committee holds the ability to conduct interviews based on scoring following the Phase 2 Evaluation. Based upon the evaluation of the written qualifications, the City of Brentwood intends to select up to three qualified firms capable of providing services described in the RFQ. Up to three qualified firms will be selected for services with a contract term of three years. The City of Brentwood reserves the right to reject any and/or all submittals, to waive any irregularities or informalities in the submittal, and to accept any submittal, which, in its opinion, may be for the best interest of the City.
