Vendor needs to provide av design and install services, support and products supplies to the government authority located in Missoula, MT. – To provide complete end–to–end AV products and services.– Designing the AV for classrooms, meeting rooms and multi–use rooms on our various University campuses and properties. No building modifications will be sought in these AV designs. AV will be designed to fit existing physical spaces.– Sourcing products consistent and compatible with existent installations and the required product list– Perform installation services in the manner required by the University– Must be capable of being On–Site to our campuses–properties at contractor’s expense within 24 hours of warranty service request to support the warranties of the products provided. – Perform On–Site visits for site examinations as needed in the design stages at contractor’s expense.– Travel expenses for installation services will be at Contractor’s expense.
