Description
The City of Lakeland (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified Firms to lease and operate a pre-security restaurant at Lakeland Linder International Airport (“Airport”). Located on the second floor of the commercial passenger terminal, the selected Firm shall provide high quality food and beverage services (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) to tenants, users, guest, the at large community, and the traveling public. Prior experience successfully operating a restaurant of similar size, design, and complexity is required. Once awarded, the City anticipates entering into a written lease agreement with the Firm.
