Voluntary Supplemental Insurance

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from highly qualified carriers to provide permanent voluntary life insurance, with long term care rider and supplemental health insurance (accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity) services for eligible active employees of the City. The City will be accepting proposals from insurance carriers only . Insurance Broker services are not required under this solicitation.
