The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to streamline Human Resource management operations, facilitate efficient information exchange, optimize talent management, enhance employee experiences, and provide data analytics and insights. Goals for HRIS: Centralized Human Resources information management (user-friendly single platform or modular solutions for seamless access to employee information and streamlining administrative tasks). Ability to integrate with existing systems. Enhanced Employee and Manager Self-Service: empowering employees and managers through self-service capabilities to manage personal information and requests Talent Acquisition and Management: robust applicant tracking and onboarding system to efficiently source, recruit, and onboard top talent. Enhanced candidate experience and integration and user-friendly tracking of hiring stages. Data Analytics and Insights: reporting and analytics capabilities for insight into workforce and recruitment metrics Customization and Scalability: integration with existing systems and adapt with City’s changing workforce needs, ensuring long-term sustainability and cost-effectiveness Compliance: Ability to adapt to federal and state regulations and provide seamless compliance and reporting Robust security and privacy measures for data storage
