Description
The City of Santa Monica, herein after referred to as the “City”, seeks to replace and upgrade its agenda management software system that manages the City Council’s agenda development process with a cloud-based, enterprise-class software. The software must assist users with electronically publishing and distributing agendas and meeting packets presented to the City Council. The system will also be used for the City’s 20 advisory boards and commissions. The new system should allow for more internal efficiencies and effective resource management.
