(1) Vendor needs to provide health savings account administrator service to the government authority located in OK. – Provide a contract for the purchase of a Health Savings Account (HSA) administrator to offer HSA administrative services and account access for members enrolled in the health choice high–deductible health plan (HDHP) and elect to establish an individual trust agreement. – A health savings account (HSA) administrator to provide HSA account administration, custodial services, and member support for individuals enrolled in the health choice high–deductible health plan. – Health choice self–funded health, dental, and life insurance plans administered by agency are known as the health choice plans.      (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7,2026
