Sarasota County is requesting quotes from qualified bidders to provide Traffic Roll Goods and Posts with holes as shown below: A. The County requires sign film, consisting of highly durable, transparent, pressure-sensitive adhesive, protected by a removable translucent, synthetic release liner. B. The film color shall conform to Federal Specification FP-85, Section 178.01(a), and ASTM D4956. C. Film is intended for use over 3M® Diamond Grade Sheeting (3M® DG 3 4090), with a minimum replacement life warranty of ten years. D. Film Roll Size 24" x 50" 3M® 4080 Electronic Cuttable Black reflective sheeting DG3. E.
