Sarasota County is requesting quotes from bidders to provide Traffic Control Sign Material Category 5, which consists of a white reflective sign film with a highly durable, transparent, pressure-sensitive adhesive protected by a removable translucent, synthetic release liner, as specified below and per the attached Quick Quote Product Requirements . A. The film color shall conform to Federal Specification FP-85, Section 178.01(a), and ASTM D4956. B. Film as specified (3M® DG3 4090) and Protective Overlay (Series 1170) with a minimum replacement life warranty of ten years. C. Film Roll and Protective Overlay Film Size 24 x 50: 3M® 4090 Series Electronic Cuttable White reflective sheeting DG3, and 3M® Clear Electronic Cuttable Film Series 1170. E. Film Roll and Protective Overlay Film Size 30 x 50: 3M® 4090 Series Electronic Cuttable White reflective sheeting DG3 and 3M® Clear Electronic Cuttable Film Series 1170. F. Film Roll and Protective Overlay Film Size 36 x 50: 3M® 4090 Series Electronic Cuttable White reflective sheeting DG3 and 3M® Clear Electronic Cuttable Film Series 1170. G.
