CONS-22194 - USA (Clinton, Michigan) - Building Construction Services - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide building construction services to the government authority located in Clinton, MI.– The area requiring survey consulting services is approximately 33 acres in total which includes the buildings, parking lots, sidewalks, vegetation and associated site amenities.– The Land Survey Consultant will develop and convey an understanding of the site’s physical characteristics, including opportunities and challenges, through their initial due diligence.– Land Survey Consultant will be expected to document site utilities including, existing building pads, misc. site amenities, and a topography survey.(2) A mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 14, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
