MRB-55279 - USA (Maryland) - Various Events Production Services - Deadline July 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide various events production services.– Perform professional Production Services for various events.– Production services completed in the County are typically funded through the show promoters. – Prepare plot on a CAD Software design per the rider requirements, when needed.– Sound, Lights, Backline, Audio and Video to meet and exceeded artist or venue requirements within the budget perimeters provided by the venue.– Provide trained and certified technicians to operate equipment.– Provide professional insight on stage plots and rig plots.– Vendor(s) must have a strong understanding of cable management, power distribution, and rigging standards.– Participate and assist with advance calls.– Prepare cost estimates to meet the outlined rider needs. Itemized breakdown per expense and labour.– Assist with preparing a rig plot and stage plot, when needed, based on outlined budget perimeters.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.(3) Non–Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on June 25, 2026.
