Description
The County is seeking proposals from qualified individuals/firms to conduct hand grubbing seedling release work related to the Master Stewardship Agreement the County has with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, and Stanislaus National Forest. The work will be conducted on approximately 614 acres within the Rim Fire burn scar. Hand grubbing will be done according to the specifications and alternatives approved in the Rim Fire Restoration and Reforestation Record of Decisions (ROD) that can be found here: Forest Service (usda.gov) . Hand grubbing will occur between February 5th and May 4th, 2024.
