FIRE-1648 - USA (Roanoke, Virginia) - Fire Alarm Inspection, Smoke Detector Sensitivity Test, Sprinkler Inspection, Fire Hydrant Flowing Test and Hood Inspections, Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services - Deadline June 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm inspection, smoke detector sensitivity test, sprinkler inspection, fire hydrant flowing test and hood inspections, preventive maintenance and repair services to the government authority located in Roanoke, VA.–  One (1) annual fire alarm system inspection, one (1) annual; and four (4) quarterly smoke detector sensitivity test.– Seven (7) Fire Alarm Panels and all associated devices attached to the fire alarm system.– 945 smoke heads located throughout the institution.– Four (4) Quarterly and one (1) Annual Sprinkler Inspection.– Two (2) Bi–Annual Hood Inspections (3 Hoods).– One (1) Annual Fire Hydrant Flowing Test (12 hydrants).– All inspections will be performed by properly trained, experienced, and competent fire protection technicians.– Whenever and wherever during the course of the inspection process under this contract, any defective work or materials are found, the contractor shall notify facility management immediately before proceeding.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
